Made this Italian grilled cheese with 15-minute tomato soup (see the linked recipe below) for lunch, and what more can I say other than delicious. Grilled cheese and tomato soup are a classic pair, so it always a winner.

That's right, I have a recipe for a sub sandwich. You may ask yourself why it is necessary. Its because its the best sandwich and a huge crowd pleaser! Trust me.

This delicious sandwich is filled with sauteed juicy portobello mushrooms, sweet bell pepper, onions and melted provolone cheese. So satisfying, and will be definitely making it again. Yum!

This mediterranean style burger definitely will express everyone, grilled mushrooms with mediterranean salad on top and grilled sour dough bread slices.
