A scrumptious chicken dish that can easily be made with your cooking sidekick, the crockpot.

So easy to make, and the dish came out super tasty. Instead of green bell pepper, I used sweet red bell peppers, didn't have mint, so used fresh basil leaves instead. Yum.

An easy way to roast a whole chicken, and it comes out tender, moist and delicious. The leftovers can be put into salads or wraps or sandwiches to make a few more simply delicious meals.

Tostadas always make a nice alternative to a salad. Love the crunch, I used beef that was cooked with some taco seasoning instead of chicken.

Fantastic and can leave ingredients out or subsitute and still fabulous. Excellent for lunches on toasted bagels or crackers for a party. I have made this several times and it is always a hit!!!
