A hearty crunchy side salad with peas, celery and cashews in a creamy dressing.
A delicious yet refreshing salad! The dressing is amazingly flavorful.
This salad deserves five stars. We made the salad with some leftover roasted lamb leg. The mint-basil dressing was terrific, and it went so well with the lamb. The salad had lots of great texture and flavour...
Your kids don't eat enough veggies. Or they just hate brocoli. Or maybe they love broccoli either way you will want to make this salad. Everyone will love it. Great for BBQ, picnics, potlucks and just everyday side dish or lunch.
Summer squash, zucchini and fennel bulb are all freshly seasonal. Fire up the BBQ, grill these fresh vegetables, toss with juicy cherry tomates, a light and tasty vinaigrette and feta cheese. Quick and easy to make, and it was delicious. A great side dish or a vegetarian main.
Bright and spicy, even better it's a great way to use up leftover chicken.
Celery and peanuts not only added some nice crunch, but also gave the salad some delicious tang and nuttiness. Very easy to prepare, for the best result, put it in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight to allow the flavor to combine. Tasty and refreshing!
This tasty chicken cabbage salad is very easy to make, and packed with flavour. Enjoy!
Cucumber and cilantro add the extra fresh taste into the salad!
The balsamic-honey glaze gives the earthy beets a nicely caramelized flavor that goes very well with peppery arugula and creamy goat cheese. The toasted walnuts adds the nutty flavor and crunchy texture, which is well paired with the dried cranberries or cherries. A delicious combination and refreshing salad.
A quick, easy yet delicious tuna salad sandwich is ideal for a week-day lunch or supper.
This is one of my absolute favorite things to make at this time of year. It takes almost no time to prepare, so I’ll whip up a big batch on my day off and then all I have to do when I get home is put it in a bowl or mash it up and put it on toasted bread drizzled with some olive oil. It also makes a great appetizer along with some homemade or store-bought pita chips. Honestly, when serving this as a dip or a spread, I don’t even bother taking out my food processor, I just use the bottom of a glass and mash it a bit.
This quick and easy salad is made with fresh arugula, sliced strawberries, and tossed with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette, then sprinkled with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese and toasted walnuts right before serving.
Tangy and tasty salad that combines fall/winter fruit and beets with a creamy dressing. Feel free to use canned or pickled beets in place of the fresh beets to save time.
