Maple cake/15 recipes

This moist apple cake is absolutely delicious. Raspberry jam, fresh apples and lemon juice make the cake taste refreshing and fruity, the almond-sour cream topping adds nuttiness and tanginess, and the lemon glaze gives the cake extra citrus and sweetness.

Love love these apple pancakes, and the cider syrup was just amazing. It was a nice change from maple syrup that I normally use. I think I will be making this syrup a lot from now on, needless to say that it's way cheaper than maple syrup :)

This cake is moist and tender and has a delightful frosting. I found this recipe in an old community cook book my Aunt gave me and it is very good. Great for a family dinner, picnic or potluck. One of my favorites!
