This recipe reminds me a Japanese style soup because of kombu (kelp or seaweed). It's a nice change from my normal chicken broth and cream based squash soup. This one has a much cleaner taste, and really highlights the flavor of each ingredient.

Made this rice bread a few days ago, and it was quite good. I was surprised that it wasn't dense, and it had great flavour and texture. Will make this bread for my sister when she comes over next time who eats gluten-free food, I think she will like it!
