Wonderful recipe! I have never made a cheesecake before and was going to enter a cheesecake contest at work. Found this recipe and decided to try it. I won 2nd place out of 16 cheesecakes!!!

This version of Eggs Benedict uses a quick blender technique to make the Hollandaise sauce. Similar to making homemade mayonnaise.

Mmmmm...Good! The ingredients are flexible you can add or leave out whatever you want on it. Also I sometimes use mozarella cheese instead of the swiss ...so use whatever cheese you like.
