Mango mousse cake/12 recipes

Eating these butterscotch quickies while I'm tying. Found this recipe because I had all these ingredients on hand. They were addictively delicious, and I just couldn't stop reaching for them. A quick snack! Next time I will add half chocolate chips. Yum.

Butter, chocolate and peanut butter together make this cake super moist, chocolaty, buttery, fluffy and delicious.

I used to make this cake when I lived in Germany back in the 80's, and it always got raves. I lost the book the recipe was in during a move, and was really glad to find the recipe here. The cake is in the oven as I write! It makes a great coffee cake in the morning or for dessert.
