If you like sweet and buttery, you'll love these little gems. Quick and easy if you use store-bought mini tart shells. Or your could make your own shells out of pastry dough and bake them in a mini muffin pan.

This homemade pizza is simply delicious. Spread some pizza sauce over pizza dough, top with freshly sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and onions, and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese. Within about 25 minutes, this freshly homemade pizza is ready to serve.

No sophisticated baking skills required, surprisingly delicious and super easy to make. Feel free to use other berries or fruits, fresh or frozen both work.

Very easy recipe. I substituted peach-mango Kool Aid for the strawberry, and diced a fresh mango for garnish. Delicious and light!

Ran out of plums and had leftover so developed this recipe to use strawberries instead of plums that the original called for.

I made mine in mini pie pans and used a cream cheese/sour cream topping slightly sweetened with confectioner's sugar. The filling is excellent.
