Black rice, also known as forbidden rice, derives its name from when it was first cultivated for the sole consumption by the emperor in China. Really enjoyed this bread machine recipe. I did double the amount of sun-dried tomatoes and cheese, and I loved it. I ate half of it directly without anything else, it was that good!
