Pumpkin Cheese Soup recipe

Blue pumpkin!? We got one from our local farm and came up with this recipe to give a try cooking with it. Regular pie pumpkin can be used but if you find yourself with a blue pumpkin here's a good way to use it.

Cranberries and seeds give muffins fresh and nutty flavour, quick and easy to make, and absolutely delicious!

If your recipe calls for Pumpkin Pie Spice and your pantry is well stocked with spices here's how to make it yourself using discrete spices. This recipe makes 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.

This is my favorite pumpkin pie recipe! I found it years ago, and recently lost it in a move. I was joyous to find it again! I encourage everyone to use fresh pumpkin, just cut into large chunks, steam, then scoop out of peel, easy!

I omitted the parsley and scallions (had none) and used chopped onion instead. I also added some red pepper flakes for some heat. I treated this as a marinade for my boneless, skinless breasts, which cut cut into strips and marinated overnight. I skewered the strips and grilled for 5-6 min. per side. Excellent flavor.

Substituting corn meal with coconut flour and adding pumpkin and coconut palm sugar is the perfect way to bake a flavorful, hearty alternative to traditional cornbread. This side dish will add even more comfort food to your paleo Thanksgiving meal.
