Just in time for Christmas, these delicious cookies made with molasses and brown sugar are full of the holiday spirit.

Sweet, crispy and tasty!

It was definitely my kind of dessert, it's sweet, but too sweet; vanilla sauce gave some richness, but wasn't overwhelming. The peach-maple filling was so delicious, packed with fresh peach flavor, of course :D and the juicy filling was just oozing out loudly.

They are buttery, flakey and soft in the inside, but still crispy on the outside. Chocolate chips give the extra yumminess in every bite.

These spiced carrot and date muffins are flavoured with a hint of curry powder, for a sweet and spicy treat. They’re really easy to make and you could also prepare them in batches and eat them through the week. Make sure you store them in an airtight container!

From across Northern Italy there are many variations. A rich broth, juicy Italian tomatoes and rich herb simmered for a long time. I used a mixture of sliced mushrooms from my local supermarket and dried lobster, oyster and shitake mushrooms. Then used the mushroom juice in place of chicken broth. Outstanding reduction of rich comfort flavors.

Nearly any kind of dried beans works in this class sweet yet savory vegetarian two-day version of baked beans.

I cut the recipe in half and made 24 mini muffins, which baked in 12 minutes. I also took the liberty of adding a pinch of ground cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract.

Rich flavor from brown sugar and molasses, these gingersnaps are so buttery and flakey. Ginger, cinnamon and cloves spice them up, giving the cookies delicious flavor. Use them to make crust for pie or cheesecake, or just eating these yummy treats is a joy thing to do.
