This low-fat pasta recipe isn't low in flavour. Packed full of veggies and low-fat ham enveloped in a light sauce it's such to satisfy.

A simple and easy-to-prepare main dish pasta featuring a cooked red pepper sauce that coats the robust and hearty rigatoni pasta topped with olives.

Slightly creamy without being rich, the flavour was well balanced. I love using crock-pot, because it's easy and so convenient. Therefore this recipe has certainly won me over :)
