One of my favourite Chinese dishes, because my Chinese friend likes it so much, which is definitely a good sign. Lots of textures and tastes delicious. I sometimes use leftover rice instead of noodles to make a fried rice. Yum.

A little to hearty to be called a soup, this recipe is a great way to use left over pulled pork. Such a crowd pleaser, I can't keep it in my house! Great eaten with crackers or your favorite tortilla chips.

Spinning out the juice from cherry tomatoes makes the salad tasty but not watery. You can use this technique in all the tomato salads. And the reduction of the tomato juice adds the tangy flavor to the dressing.

This sunrise margarita looks so pretty, and the two layers of different flavors are both absolutely so good.

It seems odd that thyme is connected with dessert, but this recipe actually works out in this way, and these elegant looking bars are amazingly delicious!
