This bread was wonderful. I did change a few things. For half a recipe I used 1 cup of sugar, 4 banana,s, and 1 cup of chopped nuts. I also baked it at 350 and it took approx. a little over an hour. I tested it with a tooth pick. DON'T OVER BAKE!!

A twist on a different oriental spaghetti recipe I found created this easy yet flavorful Asian stir-fried spaghetti with veggies for dinner last night!
The original version that inspired this recipe was incredibly rich using whipping cream for the cream sauce and delivering a whopping 16 grams of saturated fat per serving. 85% of the calories came from fat! This version has only 4 grams of saturated fat and cuts the calorie count from 269 to 121, is still delicious and rich tasting.

Instead of baking in the oven, I cooked it in a skillet. Browned the onions with a bit olive oil and garlic first, next browned carrots and celeries; then added remaining ingredients, brought to a boil, and simmered for about 30 minutes. Very tasty and filling, I had it with a few warm corn tortillas. Yum!
Easy to make, and it was packed with deliciousness and great texture. Will be making this dish very often.
