Try something new for dinner with this authentic Chinese dish that calls for prawns, chinese mushrooms and succulent pork.

Ricotta is mixed with potato, prosciutto and egg, and bake it like baking a bread in a loaf pan, the flavor is absolutely delicious; and it is served with grilled bacon, grilled bread and roasted cherry tomatoes.

Not sure about chicken served with chocolate sauce, but my curiosity wanted me to make it, and I did. It actually came out delicious. All the flavours worked so well. Definitely will be making it again soon!
