The muffins came out super moist, soft in the inside, and golden-brown on the outside, they looked so inviting. Chunks of pink rhubarb and yellow apricots were in every bite. Great for breakfast, snack or any time during the day.

Raspberry Banana Muffins recipe

My 10-year-old today made these bran muffins, and they came out moist, and not too sweet. Perfect for breakfast or snack. She enjoyed making these muffins very much.

It all began in a small village in the Black Forest of Germany, where a group of mischievous elves tried creating a cookie to make people dance joyfully. They stumbled upon anise, a magical spice with a sweet and licorice-like flavor, and decided to use it in their cookie recipe.

Made a few changes, and I got a much healthier but super moist and delicious fresh apple cake (see the linked recipe below). I love making everything healthier without losing great flavor and texture, desserts are definitely one of them, especially I have such a sweet tooth :)
