Asian Style Grilled Scallops with Somen Noodle Salad and Cilantro Vinaigrette

This cream cheese-based cracker spread is served free at a local pub. It was so delicious that I knew I had to try to duplicate it home after I first had it. At the pub, the spread is served with club-type crackers, but it goes well on any cracker or with crudites.

Savory filling loaded with flavorful mushrooms, onion and spinach stuffed inside crepes and covered with a creamy sauce.

These sweet and citrusy little rolls take a bit of effort, but are definitely worth it. Great to have for breakfast, brunch or teatime.
