Russet potatoes/2 recipes

This recipe can be made with the regular and rapid bake cycles.

A lower-fat version of traditional meat loaf made with ground beef. Could also be baked as patties with cooking time adjusted.

Mushrooms, beef, tomatoes and peas are cooked into flavorful gravy, and topped with creamy mashed potato that becomes golden, brown and crispy after baking.

For a cold night, serve with a warm crusty bread and good beer or red wine for a complete meal.
