Enchilada/5 recipes

As I do not own a bread machine, I adapted this recipe to make in my KitchenAid stand mixer using the dough hook. I kept the igredients basically the same, with the exception of adding 1 1/2 Tbs. honey. I baked it in a 9" x 5" loaf pan.

This Mexican style casserole is full of beans and vegetables, with the two layers of the tortilla pieces, vegetable mixture and cheddar cheese, loaded the tons of tasty flavor.

My own basic chicken enchiladas.

Slightly sweet and sour. Ginger and garlic Asian dressing was super flavourful. The napa cabbage, carrots, and radishes gave the salad a nice crunch. Definitely will be making it again with my leftover turkey. I'm sure that it works great with chicken as well.

Even if you dont like Ricotta cheese. DO NOT pass up this great recipe. I would have to give it a 5 star plus rating! Those who tasted these yummy treats all agree to the five star rating. I had this Greek pastry for the first time in a restaurant and I was not overly thrilled with it. So when I ran across this recipe and saw how easy is was to make I decided to try it. I liked my version much better, which will no doubt cause an uproar. So to anyone who has tried this dessert I want you to make this one and let me know if you like it, maybe it tastes nothing like it is suppose to.

Made this recipe with some leftover turkey meat, and it worked well. Quite easy to put together, and it came out delicious. This is the kind of dish to make when you don't feel like cooking up a storm, and everyone at the dinner table will still be happily fed.
