Absolutely delicious! I love pumpkin but hate making pie crust, so this is a great alternative. Very easy, too. The maple syrup is a nice subtle flavor. The honey glazed walnuts are really a nice touch. Going to be using them in other things, too. I presented this two ways, one still in the ramekin, and one unmolded. Thanks for a great new addition to the fall dessert line-up.

Delicious! I find that it's easier to form the cookies if you make the filling first, refrigerate it, roll it into the 1" balls, then refrigerate again. I flatten the chocolate cookie part into disks and envelope the filling balls inside, rolling again. Very easy to make.
This moist, buttery and flavorful applesauce pound cake is always a winner at our place, we make it very often, sometimes after main course, sometimes we just have it as our coffee cake with some coffee or tea. It is a wonderful and delightful cake :)

An amazingly moist and tasty rhubarb cake. The applesauce and yogurt really made the cake super moist and delicious. Considering it's a butter or oil free cake, when I had my first piece, I realized that you really didn't need any butter or oil. All the ingredients were just perfectly balanced, the cake was absolutely a winner!
