Chad and I have enjoyed this salad twice over the summer, when fresh figs were available. It is delicious with any type of green. We didn’t eat a lot of figs growing up, but they’re now on the menu!

Made with ground beef, pine nuts, almonds and chestnuts, this stuffing is perfect for any holiday you celebrate!

This recipe was created when I made a mistake in making it. It was originally suppose to a brownie type dessert, but I used a jelly roll pan and didn't use enough butter. The end result became a hit and is alway requested and raved about.
