Pork Schnitzel with Creamy Sauce recipe

Great for breakfast with a glass of orange juice. Grease the muffin tins very well. The cheese tends to make them stick a little.

So easy to make, and it came out delicious. I used whole wheat pasta and low-sodium cream of mushroom soup to make the dish more nutrition dense. It was a great way to add veggies to my family's meal. Recommend it!
