Directions

Melt butter in saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add olive oil and heat through.

Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes.

Whisk in flour and cook until thick and bubbly, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in cheese to melt.
