What a delicious meal! We really enjoyed it.

Cheesy and delicious. The whole wheat crust is so flakey and tasty, the filling is made with sauteed onions, asparagus and gruyere cheese, packed with yumminess. It's great for an appetizer, or a vegetarian main course.

Made this dish with chicken breasts, some of the fresh vegetables I had on hand. Used Asian staple ingredients for sauce and seasonings, it came out very flavorful. Served it over a bed of warm rice to make a complete and delicious meal.

Very easy recipe. I substituted peach-mango Kool Aid for the strawberry, and diced a fresh mango for garnish. Delicious and light!
