Halved zucchini stuffed with a savory meat filling, topped with melted cheese.
I use crushed Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs and add 2/3 cup of shredded sharp Cheddar. A simple gravy to go along with the meatloaf can also be made using another packet of soup mix, 2 Tbs. flour and 2 cups of cold water. Simmer until thickened.

This is one of our favorites. I add more lemon (yes, with the rind!). It's sooo good! Not bitter. I looked online to find it because I misplaced my "Award winning recipes" cookbook in the move. I use vinegar instead of wine (about half the amount) because we don't stock wine.
Easy and delicious. I cheated a bit by topping with canned milk chocolate frosting that I nuked for 30 seconds to make it easier to spread. I refrigerated the cake 8 hours before cutting.
Hearty swiss chard, crunchy red pepper, and creamy goat cheese make the pasta load with flavors. A simple and delicious week-day meal that everybody enjoys.
I added a few cloves freshly minced garlic plus dried garlic powder and onion powder, and also put some orange cheddar in the mix with some dried parsley flakes and a few dashes of hot sauce. This is a variation of a classic French dish that uses several reductions to build a ton of flavor that matches perfectly with the crispy seasoned tofu. Oyster mushrooms or other mushrooms work well too.

Super moist, chocolaty and nutty. It is an absolutely delicious cake that can be served at any occasion.
This delicious and easy chicken-broccoli pie is a great way to incorporate some veggies into the meal. Kids won't say a word about the additional broccoli, because it tastes so yummy.
The flavor was great, I used mixed greens, also added a clove of minced garlic, and it was delicious. Next time I will add some sun-dried tomatoes, that would be even better!
Quick, easy and fuss-free. Made this dish for Sean's lunch yesterday, and he absolutely enjoyed it. Followed the recipe, and used some mixed frozen stir-fry veggies we bought from Costco, it was a wonderful combination.
