Scallop pie/9 recipes

Cheesy and delicious. The whole wheat crust is so flakey and tasty, the filling is made with sauteed onions, asparagus and gruyere cheese, packed with yumminess. It's great for an appetizer, or a vegetarian main course.

Very easy recipe. I substituted peach-mango Kool Aid for the strawberry, and diced a fresh mango for garnish. Delicious and light!

This is the easiest dessert! A little to rich for me, so I would suggest going easy on the peanut butter if you're like me.

These muffins are really good, just like recipe says they turned out super moist, the low-fat yogurt definitely added lots of moisture; and without any butter or oil, they were much lighter and super delicious!

Asparagus and bacon are a match made in heaven. Baked into a quiche it's prefect for a Sunday brunch. Quite easy to prepare if you use a ready made pie shell.

Ran out of plums and had leftover so developed this recipe to use strawberries instead of plums that the original called for.

Quick and easy to make, light, tasty and crispy. Serve with sour cream, salsa or guacamole.
