We love this quiche. It came out cheesy and just delicious. I used 1% milk instead of whole milk, and it was still very creamy. Of course, if you prefer a richer mouth-feel, you can use half and half.
Unlike most of the chocolate cookies, these cookies are much lower fat, also using whole wheat flour adds more fibre, they are super delicious!

An easy yet delicious recipe. I followed the recipe, and used whatever I had on hand. Then just mixed them up, and baked in the oven until the cheese was nicely browned. I let the casserole rest for about 10 minutes, then served it. Overall a great dish.
