Old Pecan Street Pecan Pie recipe

A basic sweet pie crust perfect for sweet desserts with detailed instructions.

Turned out very fluffy, hot out of the oven I ate about 5 of them right away. Lightly warm spiced with sweetness from the sweet potato. You won't find these in any store.

I made mine in mini pie pans and used a cream cheese/sour cream topping slightly sweetened with confectioner's sugar. The filling is excellent.
