Pineapple/18 recipes

I saw this recipe in the coupon section of a Sunday Oregonian, and put it aside as I read the rest of the paper. This recipe is easy and oh so yummy. They don’t last long!

This is the best pineapple upside down cake I have ever had, and I eat a whole bunch of cake.

Sweet and creamy, this spread works well on zucchini bread or even a bagel.

Madu's incredible Pineapple Utopia desert. Note: I strongly suggest that you make two. (That way other people can have some after you eat the first one yourself.)
