Very moist and fluffy inside, golden brown outside; sour cream added the extra moist and tangy flavor, I used 3/4 cup of brown sugar, and I thought it was the right sweetness. If you have some ripe bananas on hand or you love banana bread, I will definitely recommend this recipe.
Love the almonds, pecans, and pumpkin seeds in my granola, and this recipe has its all. Plus maple syrup is my favourite go-to sweeter as well. I usually use dried apricots and mangos instead of raisins. Serve it with plain yogurt and fresh berries if they are seasonal. So yummy!
This easy yet tasty Korean salad is so refreshing. It goes deliciously well with any of the main courses, Korean or not. Cucumber and radishes add some nice crunch to the salad that's slightly sweet, sour and spicy.
If you can't find orange cake mix, use white or golden---just use orange juice in place of the water when preparing the mix, and add 1 tsp. of orange extract/flavoring. To the topping I also add 3/4 tsp. each of vanilla and orange extract. Garnish, if desired, with Mandarin orange segments.
Juicy chicken breast stuffed with cheese, shallots and cheese. The phyllo really helps hold in the moisture to keep the chicken breast moist. This delicious savory onion tart is tasty, creamy, and absolutely delicious, a great way to impress your family or your guest.

Even the sweet potato/yam "dis-liker" (me) liked the flavor of these. Nice little bite from the cayenne. And the amount of sugar was just right. I don't care for really "sweet" yam dishes at all! Thanks for this addition to our holiday dinner. (Part of my "Thanksgiving 2010" Menu)
Quick, easy and tasty braised cauliflower with Indian spices!
No need for Bisquick, this single skillet breakfast pie is quick, easy make from scratch and perfect for two.
A great Sandwich maker and a light Summer Main Dish with a side salad, or as a salad topper, or stuffed into a Wrap or Tomato. Best served next day as flavors will have blended better.
