Bisquick sausage quiche/14 recipes

This much quicker and easier to prepare version of the classic Eggs Benedict. Reduced fat but equally as decadent as the original. This is a variation of a vegetarian version of the same recipe, see links below.

Fairly easy to put together, and the dish was packed with flavor and very filling too. It is an excellent way to add dark leafy greens such as rapini into your meal. Feel feel to use kale or spinach to replace rapini.

During the fall and winter I make homemade soup once a week. I’ve got dozens of delicious soup recipes, but the Pizza Soup was the favorite of our sons, Keith and Mark. It’s really easy to make. I apologize for the inexact quantities, but this is another recipe that I’ve never written down…and haven’t made it since last winter! I’ve given the basic recipe, but don’t be afraid to add other items you enjoy on your pizza…including a dash of red pepper sauce!

Batter-Dipped Fondue Meatballs recipe

Spanish style eggs flavored with Chorizo and harissa, tomatoes, roasted red peppers and green olives. Bursts of flavor in every bite.
