Made this Italian grilled cheese with 15-minute tomato soup (see the linked recipe below) for lunch, and what more can I say other than delicious. Grilled cheese and tomato soup are a classic pair, so it always a winner.
Used roma tomatos, basil and parsley from the garden, which made the soup super refreshing and tasty. Just make sure that when you puree the soup in your blender, use a towel to cover the lid tightly; or just use a hand mixer directly.
Give a classic pumpkin pie a modern twist with creme fraiche that makes the pie differently rich and delicious. Brandy is an enhancer and makes the pie taste even better with just enough tang.

I got this recipe out of a magazine a few years back and I have made it a lot. The person who submitted it said it won her a blue ribbon, she also said she was a six-time Pillsbury Bake-Off finalist. I had no way to confirm this but the recipe sounded good and when I tried it I loved it.
