It was a chickpea day for me yesterday. Made two different chickpea salads, this is one of them and comes from our member "Franklinfamily". The flavor was refreshingly delicious.
Reasonably easy to put together, and it came out quite tasty. A good weeknight meal if you have rice or noodle or bread on the side.
Didn't use pineapple, because I didn't have it on hand. But the chicken salad still came out succulent. My kids loved it. It was a great way to make my kids eat some veggies :)
Grilled pizza is absolutely flavorful, grilling develops the smokey flavor, and crispy texture on both toppings and crust. Spread with mashed roasted garlic, topped with grilled potato slices, crisp-fried pancetta bits, black olives and rosemary, sprinkled with mozzarella cheese.
These sandwiches were amazing. The chicken was juicy, tender and so yummy. The sautéed red bell pepper and onion worked deliciously well with the sweet-sour succulent chicken. Need to make these sandwiches again, maybe tomorrow :D

People in old times often did not use ground meat, but ground cheap meat leftovers. This used to be pub food in the very old times in Germany as you could store it for a long time - no fridge was around at that time, only a pantry. It is perfect as a cold snack for long road trips.
