Last Wednesday we took this colourful and delicious salad to a pot-luck, everyone loved it and a few of them even asked for the recipe. It was such a refreshing salad that's also packed with goodness.

It's made from applesauce, whole wheat flour, small amount of butter and oil, chocolate chips and walnuts. There are so many yummy ingredients going on, you will enjoy every bite!

Super delicious! Moist inside and crispy outside, lots of chocolate, everyone loves these small treats.

This is an easy quick bread, made with ingredients you most likely always have in your pantry. Include this delightful sweet in your afternoon tea, or enjoy for breakfast or snack time.

I used durum wheat flour instead of semolina. Barney unplugged my machine, so I had to finish the second rise, and bake it in the real oven. It turned out great. This bread is not sweet, it has almost a "sour" taste. Holds up nice for sandwiches. I'll make it again.

Even the sweet potato/yam "dis-liker" (me) liked the flavor of these. Nice little bite from the cayenne. And the amount of sugar was just right. I don't care for really "sweet" yam dishes at all! Thanks for this addition to our holiday dinner. (Part of my "Thanksgiving 2010" Menu)

I loved these brownies! Not too sweet, not super rich, just the right balance, and satisfy my craving without making me feeling guilty afterwards.They are more cake like with a very tender crumb, a bit on the dry side, excellent with a glass of milk. I used whole wheat flour and sprinkled chopped hazelnuts on top. Definitely a keeper!
