I marinated my boneless skinless chicken breasts overnight and grilled them. Very nice sauce.
Very quick and easy to put together, and it came out so creamy and delicious. A well balanced meal on flavor, texture and nutrient. Perfect for a busy week-day dinner.
Yum! I added some sliced red bell pepper strips to give the dish more colour. Used fresh broccoli instead of mixed frozen veggies, and added a drizzle of sesame oil and rice vinegar in the end as well as some sesame seeds. Enjoyed the dish with a bowl of rice, so good!
Sometimes nothing is better than a delicious stir-fry dish that's both healthy and scrumptious.
Mouth watering citrus chicken liver risotto.
What an easy and tasty dish! Don't forget to let the breasts rest for about 10 minutes after you take them out of the oven, which ensures that all the delicious juices are secured inside the breasts. The roasted veggies were also very flavourful. Definitely a wholesome meal.
Nothing is like a Chinese stir-fry when it comes to 'Quick, Easy and Delicious"!
An easy one-pan stove-stop chicken main dish braised in white wine and three kinds of mustard. Delicious and easy to prepare chicken main. Easy to scale down to two servings or up to serve a crowd.
Snow peas, carrots and water chestnuts give this stir-fry the very crunchy texture, and the Asian sauce adds the sweetness, sourness and spiciness. A quick, easy and tasty stir-fry is great for a weeknight.
I did mine in my slow cooker and used Boston butt instead of a roast. I let it go on low for 10 hours. Fabulous!
Have to give this recipe 5 star. It was quite easy to make, and it came out delicious.
Pad Thai Tip: For even more flavor, I'll often make a double batch of the pad Thai sauce. Then, as I'm stir-frying the noodles, I'll add more sauce until I'm happy with the taste (I also add extra fish sauce). Any leftover sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
This scrumptious chicken dish is made with safflower oil, plain yogurt and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Good for a low-fat diet or when you need to prepare cooked chicken for use in another recipe.
Absolutely delicious! I love pumpkin but hate making pie crust, so this is a great alternative. Very easy, too. The maple syrup is a nice subtle flavor. The honey glazed walnuts are really a nice touch. Going to be using them in other things, too. I presented this two ways, one still in the ramekin, and one unmolded. Thanks for a great new addition to the fall dessert line-up.
This is one of our favorites. I add more lemon (yes, with the rind!). It's sooo good! Not bitter. I looked online to find it because I misplaced my "Award winning recipes" cookbook in the move. I use vinegar instead of wine (about half the amount) because we don't stock wine.
