Two-Bean Corn Chili recipe

Authentic Arroz Con Pollo, AKA Latin chicken and rice, is the ultimate comfort food one-pot meal; a classic Latin dish that I grew up on that I now love to cook for my family.

Really enjoyed the dish, it was packed with flavors. I did add some fresh cilantro in the end, and it was delicious. I also made a cucumber rita (yogurt sauce) to balance the heat a bit.
