Well, this is NOT non-fat, but is low fat. It's kind of a Schezuan sauce I guess, of my own invention. If I could figure out how to avoid using the oil it would be non-fat.

This is an easy dish that is a palate pleaser.

Basic Sauce is used over and over again to slow-simmer a number of foods. It imparts its own flavor to what is cooked, and grows more savory with the cooking of different foods.

Never need to order take-out again. I followed the recipe and made the dish for dinner last night, and it was absolutely delicious. My 4-year-old told me that she wanted the same food again tonight :)
