A twist on a different oriental spaghetti recipe I found created this easy yet flavorful Asian stir-fried spaghetti with veggies for dinner last night!
I prepared this sans the pork as I had none. I added frozen peas, some fresh diced carrot and rinsed and drained bean sprouts. YUM!
Love Korean food since I was in the university, kimchee is definitely one of my favorites, and any time go to a Korean restaurant, kimchee is one of the side dishes I must order, no question. Finally, the first time I made my own kimchee, and it turned out as good as the ones I had at any restaurant, here the recipe is!

I cook sorrel soup every spring year by year because of the unique sour flavor. I usually make it on the base of long simmered veal bones. This spring the process of cooking was shortened by using Spanish chorizo. No regret.

Nothing says lovin like some spicy Louisiana cooking. I absolutely LOVE making this when I have the time. I'm toning down the amount of creole seasoning that I use, because I tend to be a little heavy handed with it. The amount is an approximate - season to your taste. Fell free to substitute cajun seasoning for the creole. It's all about personal preference. Enjoy!!
