One of my variations of the Bisquick "Impossible Pie" type recipe. Quick and easy...great for breakfast, brunch or a light lunch.
My 14 year old said "pretty good" much better than a plain ham sandwich.
A great Sandwich maker and a light Summer Main Dish with a side salad, or as a salad topper, or stuffed into a Wrap or Tomato. Best served next day as flavors will have blended better.
This focaccia turns out crusty outside and fluffy inside, the roasted bell pepper, chilis, cherry tomato and mozzarella give the focaccia amazingly delicious flavor. Eating it directly without anything else is yummy enough to satisfy your palate. This recipe is adapted from Chef Nancy, New York Times!

Simple fresh flavors that marry perfectly together make this eye-pleasing personal pizza juicy and fresh. For the photo we used our own fresh pesto and made our own pizza crust from scratch, heck we even ground the flour ourselves in our flour mill. In a hurry? No worries, use a pre-made pizza shell and prepared pesto for delicious fresh pizza in a flash.
Serve these kabobs as an appetizer with the sauce for dipping, or as sandwiches. Slather the sauce on warmed pita and place the chicken in the pockets along with sliced tomatoes and red onion.

Grilled sausage, homemade tomato jam and sauerkraut make this sandwich a winner. Enjoy the smoky, sweet and sour flavors all in one bite, and it's a great change from hot dog!
Made this recipe for lunch today, and these quesadillas turned out cheesy and tasty, I used the fresh basil, parsely and dried oregano, I also put some minced garlic before I spread mixture, and at the end of the baking, I turned up the oven to 400 F degree, gave the tortillas a little bit brown on the edges, but watch them carefully, only took 2 to 3 minutes, and result was outstanding, I think this is a very flexible recipe too, you can put whatever vegetables you want, the flavour should be still excellent!
Quick and easy sandwich made with ripe tomato, fresh basil leaves and mozzarella cheese.
Make your own delicious sandwich by using these a few fresh ingredients, and it is so quick and easy!
This much quicker and easier to prepare version of the classic Eggs Benedict. Reduced fat but equally as decadent as the original. This is a variation of a vegetarian version of the same recipe, see links below.
Instead of pizza sauce, used basil pesto, and the combination of the toppings worked deliciously well together. Cheddar and parmesan really added tons of yummy cheesiness, which was absolutely delicious with the toppings.
When it comes to sandwiches, try something different for lunch with this easy and delicious recipe.
