Definitely a five star recipe. I used salami instead of ham, because that was all I had at the moment, and it came out delicious. If you are a big fan of Chinese food and would't mind cooking in your own kitchen, you should give it a go. By the way, chow fan (fun) is how Chinese say fried rice. Happy Cooking :)
Very tasty. Just enough sauce to carry the creole flavors and meld the different types of protein together. Went a bit overboard by making our own Chorizo and homemade penne pasta. A great Creole recipe from down in New Orleans!

A very clean and refreshing dish that's packed with flavour. I used half fish sauce and half soy sauce, which actually worked deliciously well. If you love Thai food, you should definitely give this recipe a go. Five stars, no doubt.
