Applesauce Cake (Dried Apples) recipe
My favorite as a child growing up in cold Minnesota.
Almost all my sauce is inside florets and around shrimps. I like it because broccoli florets taste delicious with the quite strong garlic flavor of the sauce.
Quinoa is getting more and more popular because it's rich in protein and fiber, and it's versatile to cook. This recipe uses both whole wheat flour and quinoa flour to give the pancakes extra protein and fiber, they are delicious as well. Use fruit sauce, jam or fresh fruits as topping, an ideal breakfast to start the day.
This is really good and so easy. I liked the addition of the jicama. Never used it in stir-fry before, but will from now on!
Chicken 'N' Vegetable Stir Fry recipe
An easy no-fuss curry chicken but without the fat of a traditional curry chicken. Pop this in the slow cooker or crockpot and serve with some rice.
This recipe would have been 5 stars without the sliced sun-dried tomatoes. The tomatoes dominated the flavor of the sauce so much that it didn't allow the mushrooms to shine through. My wife liked it, but I noticed she was picking out the tomatoes too.
If you can't find key lime juice, use lime juice instead. The crust is buttery and flakey, the filling is creamy, lime-y and smooth, and the meringue topping is light and fluffy. Perfect balance of the flavor and the texture.

This kung pao tofu was very tasty. I used two green bell peppers and 1 red bell peppers. Didn't have oyster sauce, so I used housin sauce, and it worked deliciously well.
Vegetarian Shepherd's pie is just as good as regular one, and the refreshing taste from vegetables let you feel so comfortable after enjoying the meal.
