This is an okay recipe. I have eaten tastier ones similar to this, but none of these I have put it in my recipe box to use again.

Love the juicy, creamy and tasty stuffing, which went perfectly well with chilled zucchini slices. Next time when we have company to come over, definitely will make these rolls again.

Only a few minutes, asparagus came out tender but still crispy, nicely browned mushrooms were great with asparagus, also before I took it out of the pan, I drizzled 1 or 2 tablespoons white wine to get all the brown bits at the bottom.
