Directions
Mix together chopped white chocolate and 2 tablespoons whipping cream in small metal bowl.
Set over small saucepan of simmering water, do not let the water touch the bowl, and stir until white chocolate melts and smooth.
Remove bowl and let cool for 8 to 10 minutes.
Beat remaining ½ cup chilled whipping cream in medium bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy and soft peaks form.
Whisk in white chocolate mixture.
It can be made 1 day in advance, the cover with a plastic wrap and keep it refrigerated.
