Low Cholesterol, Cholesterol-Free, Trans-fat Free, Low Carb, Sugar-Free, Sodium-Free, Low Sodium
 

Ingredients

1 cup barley flour
or other flour
*
¼ cup vegetable oil
preferably cold
3 tablespoons water
cold

Directions

Mix all ingredients well.

Press into pie plate with fingers. Prick with fork.

For precooked crust, bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 20 to 25 minutes.
