CUP ML CHEDDAR CHEESE

X BLACK PEPPER

X GARLIC POWDER

Directions

Shred zucchini and roll in a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Add carrot, onion, cheese’s, egg, salt, pepper, garlic salt and ½ cup bread crumbs.

Mix well.

Use a ice cream scoop to make scoops and flatten into a pattie.

Coat with remaining bread crumbs.

(Makes about 6 to 8 patties)

Bake on cookie sheet 350℉ (180℃) F for about 30 minutes. Turning over patties half way thru (15 min.)

Serve on burger buns topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato and what ever you like on a burger..Yum!
