Ingredients

1 medium mangos
ripe, peeled, pitted, cut into 1/4 inch cubes

1 medium papayas
ripe, peeled, seeded, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 medium avocados
ripe, peeled, pitted, cut into 1/4 inch cubes

3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro
fresh, chopped

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon jalapeño pepper
drained
1 teaspoon ginger
crushed

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend.

Serve with grilled fish or chicken. Also good with tortilla chips.
