Here is a classic sweet cream base for making a variety of ice creams. Nice a rich with eggs, great for a french vanilla ice cream.

Directions

In a bowl whisk or beat eggs until light and fluffy. Slow whisk or beat in the cream and the milk and then the sugar until dissolved completely.

Use as a sweet cream base for making all kinds of ice cream.
