Horrible recipe. What is super about these nachos? Answer = nothing.

or tortilla chips *

Directions

In saucepan, combine cheese with milk and cook until melted. Add chili powder. Mix and pour over nachos.

Decorate with slices of jalapeno peppers. That’s it!
