25 minThe name says it all. Spice. Raisins. Cookies. And they’re done in 25 minutes.
Cookie mix does the heavy lifting here, while molasses, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg bring the warm holiday spice flavor you’re after.
Plump raisins get folded in, and the dough drops right onto the sheet with no rolling or chilling required.
Top them with a quick vanilla butter frosting and you’ve got a cookie tray that looks like you spent all afternoon baking.
Pro Tips
- Don’t overbake these. Pull them when they barely hold an indentation when touched. They’ll firm up as they cool.
- Make the frosting while the cookies cool. It spreads best at room temperature, not straight from the fridge.
- For a holiday twist, add a tiny pinch of cardamom to the dough along with the other spices.
