Sometimes the simplest dips are the ones you crave most, especially when they bring a little Southwestern flair to your snack table.

Creamy cottage cheese meets sharp cheddar and a spicy chili sauce kick, all blended smooth in minutes.

Serve it cold with tortilla chips, and you’ve got a protein-packed party starter that’s lighter than traditional cheese dips but just as satisfying.

Kitchen Tips

  • Use a food processor or immersion blender for ultra-smooth texture
  • Add a squeeze of lime juice and fresh cilantro for extra brightness
  • Try it as a topping for baked potatoes or tacos
  • Double the batch, it keeps well for up to 5 days refrigerated
